We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our central team at Prospere Learning Trust. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 35 hours per week. The starting salary is £29,064 per annum (Grade 5). The expected start date is 1 September 2026, with the contract ending on 31 August 2027. Flexible working patterns such as term time only working can be considered.

As a Finance Administrator within our Central Finance Team, you will work closely with the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Administrator to deliver high-quality financial administration across the Trust. You will play a key role in ensuring finance transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with Trust financial regulations, procedures and best practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate financial information and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase orders in accordance with Trust financial procedures.
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders, investigating discrepancies and taking appropriate follow-up action.
  • Posting invoices.
