Prospera Executive are currently engaged on the search for an experienced Interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support a PE backed professional services business period of operational transformation. This appointment will play a critical role in reshaping the organisation’s internal structure, refining its Target Operating Model (TOM), and aligning its Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for greater impact and scalability. The business is entering a new phase of growth and complexity, and requires a commercially astute, values-aligned operational leader to guide this evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the redesign and implementation of a fit-for-purpose Target Operating Model, aligning people, process, and performance with long-term strategic goals
- Drive internal restructuring initiatives to enhance efficiency, agility, and accountability across the organisation
- Assess and refine the current Go-To-Market approach to ensure commercial effectiveness and coherence with organisational mission
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to embed new ways of working and strengthen operational discipline
- Support change management and communication across a highly engaged, purpose-driven workforce
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an interim or permanent COO or equivalent operational leadership role in purpose-led or consulting environments
- Strong background in organisational design, restructuring, and operating model transformation
- Commercially minded, with a track record of refining GTM strategies to drive growth and impact
