As our new Director of Finance & Corporate Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring Prosper’s operational excellence and financial sustainability.

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic leader to lead on finance, governance, HR, and corporate services (including IT), enabling Prosper to deliver its mission and strategic objectives. The role is operational and has four direct reports across disciplines. You’ll work closely with our CEO, lead a small but high-impact team, and act as company secretary reporting to Prosper’s Finance Committee and Board.

• An experienced, professionally qualified accountant with significant cash management experience
• Strong commercial acumen and financial strategy experience
• Ability to lead, inspire and develop a team
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
