Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with one of the UKs largest providers of residential retrofitting for decarbonisation. Due to growth and new contracts won they are seeking a Site Manager for North London. This is to work with one of this Main Contractors clients, a Housing Association where the scope of work can include: EWI, IWI, Solar Panel Installation, ASHP, Windows and Doors, Loft Insulation etc.
This is a permanent position where your responsibilities will include the following:
- Ensuring weekly progress reports are completed and issued to contract team.
- Review all required RAMS and ensure H.
