Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with a large, well-established property maintenance company who is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team working on site in Wrexham. This is a permanent opportunity where you will play a key role in resident engagement and customer satisfaction and coordinate between residents, the Main Contractor and the Housing Association.

As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer journey throughout the works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between residents, the Scheme Manager, and the client
  • Build strong relationships with residents and address concerns professionally
  • Monitor, manage, and resolve resident complaints effectively
  • Work closely with the Site Project Manager to maintain clear communication on site
  • Coordinate and deliver social value and community engagement events
  • Collate and analyse customer satisfaction surveys
  • Support conflict resolution and ensure minimal disruption to residents

About You

Minimum 1 years' experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (or similar role)

Strong customer service and communication skills.
