Role Purpose: The Business Development Director will own and drive strategic growth across defined regions (North West & North Wales, West Yorkshire, and Derbyshire). The role focuses on shaping and executing the business development strategy, overseeing the end-to-end bid process, and leading a small, capable team to secure high-value contracts with housing associations, local authorities, and aligned partners. This role balances strategic planning, relationship management, and hands-on bid leadership to deliver sustainable commercial results while embedding social value in every engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the regional and company-wide business development strategy to secure high-value contracts in the social housing, construction, and maintenance sectors.
