We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team and contribute to our continued success, both now and into the future. This post would be suitable for either a Primary or Secondary trained teacher with a strong commitment to inclusive education. We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who will ensure that the vision, values and ethos of Prosper Learning Trust are embedded in everyday practice, whilst maintaining the highest expectations for achievement, wellbeing and safeguarding for all pupils. Applications from teachers with strengths in English or PSHCE are particularly welcomed.

- Establish a purposeful and safe learning environment
- Manage learners' behaviour constructively, establishing and maintaining a positive framework for discipline, in line with school behaviour policy
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with support staff, teachers, other professionals, parents, carers, agencies and communities
- Plan effectively in the short, medium and long term to meet individual pupil needs
- Contribute to the monitoring and development of required subject area, ensuring suitable opportunities are provided for learners' aspirations to be met
