The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will work across a variety of education, affordable housing, private residential and leisure projects across London and the South. Values range between £20M - £500M.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:
- 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy
- MRICS/MCIOB qualified or ambition to attain
- Client-facing experience
- Employers Agent/JCT Contract Administration
- Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
