The consultancy has ambitious plans for the future, aiming to double their turnover within two years. Transparent career progression is at the forefront of their business model, learning from their own frustrations. Two employees have earned shares in their company, with a third due to follow shortly. Bonuses are heavily incentivised too. They are aware of how demanding the job can be at times; your efforts should be rewarded. You can earn anything between 10% - 30%, with 20% being the average recently. The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will work across prime residential (40%), commercial offices (40%) & mixed-use (20%) projects predominately within London, with values ranging from £3M - £300M.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:
- 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property/construction consultancy (ideally)
- MRICS/MCIOB qualified
- JCT Contract Administration
- Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
