The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will work on the prime residential market for sale in London that is currently in the early stages of procurement. The ideal candidate will need to hit the ground running and preferably have experience working in a consultancy business. Your role will report directly to an Associate Director or Director. Service offerings include project management, cost management, strategic advisory and construction integration. The spectrum of propositions offered is developed and evolved through an understanding of the changing market needs.
Their projects cover a range of sectors including:

- student accommodation
