The Company: A long-established construction consultancy, providing services to all sectors of the construction industry! Initially founded back in 1989, the business has since evolved into a broad multi-disciplinary surveying and design practice. As a small consultancy, they pride themselves on offering all staff the right exposure, responsibility & culture for your career to excel. You will have the opportunity to work across a broad mix of projects. Half of the business is within Rail, with the other half split between the Commercial, Retail, Residential & Hotel sectors! Most of their work is through repeat business, with the original Chairman still involved with the business after setting it up. They also like to reward hard efforts. You can expect two discretionary performance based bonuses, typically done in May/December! The Role: They are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be the latest addition to their London Surveying team & branch! You will be running your own projects across multiple sectors, managing all aspects of their clients’ projects from inception to completion. Average project values range from £1M – £100M.
