The Role: They are seeking a highly talented & motivated Cost Consultant to lead & manage on an array of exciting projects!
- You will be working alongside an Associate Director to successfully deliver cost management duties.
- You will build a rapport with clients, attending meetings and speaking on behalf of the company, acting as the main contact.
- The role will cover the entire project lifecycle, from preparing feasibility estimates to final account settlements.
- You will help grow the business through collaborative relationships with their existing and potential new clients.
- Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and prepare reports in line with clients’ own reporting procedures and governance.
- Manage contract change effectively, price and agree contract variations with contractors.
- Undertake valuations of construction work.
- Provide commercial knowledge and guidance to clients.

Requirements for the Project Surveyor:
- Good knowledge of the construction industry.
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel as well as the wider MS software programmes.
- Collaborative approach to projects and the ability to delegate tasks to junior staff efficiently.
- Competent user of CAD Measure.
- Good communication skills.
- A flexible attitude and self-motivated.
