The Client: The Founders established the business just under 10 years ago after growing frustrated with the never-ending obstacles at corporate firms. The consultancy has ambitious plans for the future, aiming to double their turnover within two years. Transparent career progression is at the forefront of their business model, learning from their own frustrations. Two employees have earned shares in their company, with a third due to follow shortly. Bonuses are heavily incentivised too. They are aware of how demanding the job can be at times; your efforts should be rewarded. You can earn anything between 10% - 30%, with 20% being the average recently. As a smaller consultancy, the culture is essential to the long-term success of the business. You can look forward to annual ski-trips, company days out and Thursday team lunches. They are conveniently located a short five-minute walk from the accessible London Bridge station, in state-of-the-art offices.
The Role: As Project Manager, you will work across prime residential (40%), commercial offices (40%) & mixed-use (20%) projects predominately within London, with values ranging from £3M - £300M.

Requirements for the Project Manager:
- 2+ years’ experience with a UK based property/construction consultancy (ideally)
- JCT Contract Administration
- MRICS/MCIOB qualified or ambition to become so
- Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
