The Role: As Building Surveyor, you will work across a variety of Education, Healthcare & Public Sector projects across London and the South. Values range between £100k - £100M.

Requirements for the Building Surveyor:
- Degree qualified - within a construction related discipline
- Membership of RICS (or working towards this)
- Excellent time management
- Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
- Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Good business development skills
