Client: A multi-award-winning international construction consultancy. Formed over 50 years ago and possessing offices in some of the most desirable locations: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Jeddah, Riyadh, Lisbon and other locations across Europe. They have delivered some of the most iconic projects of contrasting sizes across the globe, working alongside world famous architects. Offering their clients a range of services including Project Management, Dispute Services, Cost Management, Contract Management & Property Management.
Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work on various high-end residential projects for high net-worth individuals across London & Surrey. The contract values of the immediate requirements will range between £7M - £10M. These projects will be for long-standing clients from the UAE & KSA for their UK properties. Therefore, it is essential that you are able to build excellent client relationships. International travel/relocation is available to those that are interested in working abroad.
Office Location: Central London (Bank)
Head Count: 300+
Project Sectors: Prime Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Mixed-Use & Sports Stadia
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience with a UK based property/construction consultancy (ideally)
- JCT Contract Administration & FIDIC (desirable)
- Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
- Strong client-facing skills
