The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will work across a variety of theatres, affordable housing, private residential, leisure and education projects across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Values range between £20M - £500M.

Office Location: Cambridge

Head Count: 150+

Project Sectors: Theatres, Affordable Housing, Private Residential, Leisure & Education

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

  • 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy
  • MRICS/MCIOB qualified or ambition to attain
  • Client-facing experience
  • Employers Agent/JCT Contract Administration
  • Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
