The Role:
As Project Manager/Employers Agent, you will work across a variety of theatres, affordable housing, private residential, leisure and education projects across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.

Requirements for the Project Manager/Employers Agent:
- 2+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy
- MRICS/MCIOB qualified or ambition to attain
- Client-facing experience
- Employers Agent/JCT Contract Administration
- Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
