The Company: An award winning, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy operating across four offices across the South of England! The business has come a long way from their modest beginnings as a building surveying practice established back in 1977. Over the last 44 years, they have grown and become a major provider of integrated design, property and construction consultancy services. Flexible working is offered with three days per week office commitments required.
The Role: Due to an increased workload, my client is looking to bring in a new Senior Quantity Surveyor to their South London branch! You will be running projects from inception to completion across a variety of company sectors, also offering support & mentoring to junior members of the team. Within this role, you will also need to be comfortable facing clients & delivering exceptional client care & attention.

Current Projects: Education, Residential, Offices, Leisure & Care Homes
Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- 4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy
- MRICS chartered (or close to sitting this)
- JCT Contract Administration
- Experience in one of their listed sectors
