The Company: This boutique Property & Construction Consultancy is a rapidly expanding firm that specialises in the high-end residential and commercial sectors. Established just over four years ago, the practice has built a reputation for excellence, growing its core team to seven dedicated professionals. With a robust pipeline of secured projects spanning the coming years, the company is entering an ambitious new phase of growth, with plans to scale the workforce to 15 employees over the next four years. The team operates out of a fresh, modern office in Central London with their core office days being Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, maintaining a perfect balance between home & office!
The Role: They are looking for a talented Associate Director to join their growing business! Ideally, you will have 8+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment and be client facing with the ability to deliver projects of varying scale and complexity. You will be working under the two Directors helping lead the team in various capacities. The role will provide an opportunity to work on a wide variety of project and professional based work in various sectors. After getting up to speed, the plan is to scale up fast bringing on three or four Surveyors to build a team that you will head up. The majority of your work will be London based, with average project values ranging from £100k - £5M.

Requirements for the Associate Director (BS):
- 8+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)
- BD experience/strong client contacts
- MRICS/MCIOB qualified
- JCT Contract Administration
- Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
- Experienced mentoring & managing teams
