Job Overview

The role is permanent full‑time and pays £41,013 to £44,235 per annum. It offers flexible hybrid working between home and the Stratford office.

Responsibilities

  • Secure and manage significant income from charitable trusts and corporate partners to sustain and grow the organisation’s services and advocacy work.
  • Manage a portfolio of high‑value trust and corporate partner relationships, independently handling commitments up to £250,000 and supporting larger applications with the wider philanthropy team.
  • Prepare compelling applications, pitches and reports; cultivate long‑term partnerships and ensure timely stewardship that reflects the organisation’s impact and values.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable track record of securing five‑ and six‑figure grants from charitable trusts, foundations or corporate partners and the ability to meet and exceed individual income targets.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of active grants and reporting back to funders on time, meeting their requirements.
  • Interest in refugee and asylum issues and an understanding of the UK trust fundraising environment.
