PROSPECTUS is seeking a Senior SEND Delivery Coordinator to plan and deliver a structured programme of high-quality activities for children and young people with disabilities. You will coordinate place allocation, staffing, and safe service delivery across Surrey and West Sussex.
You will assist in recruiting, training and developing the Disability staff team, and manage referrals, initial assessments and care/risk plans to meet individual needs.
