The charity is a membership organization with over 13,000 members, forming a powerful national and local network that provides information and support. They have over 1,300 active volunteers in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and around 300 paid staff, all dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by MND, now and in the future. This is a full‑time, permanent role with a salary of £43,000 to £45,000 per annum, based in a hybrid model from London offices.

- Contribute to the sustainability and growth of the Philanthropy Team’s pipeline by securing transformative income, including six‑figure donations and multi‑year commitments.
