The role is a flexible permanent contract with a salary of £50,000 to £55,000 per annum offering hybrid or remote working between home and the London office.
- Role responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the organisation's Community Fundraising & Engagement portfolio.
- Develop and deliver the Community Fundraising & Engagement strategy.
- Lead the growth of community fundraising programmes.
- Oversee the challenge event portfolio.
- Provide strategic oversight of the alumni engagement programme.
- Report to the Head of Fundraising and Communications.
- Line‑manage the Community & Alumni Engagement Manager.
- Accountable for the performance, growth and continuous development of the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in community fundraising, supporter engagement, individual giving or relationship fundraising.
- Experience growing community fundraising programmes and supporter engagement.
- Understanding of relationship fundraising, supporter journeys and supporter stewardship.
