Prospect Research Manager Our client is an exceptional organization dedicated to eye health, supporting a specialist hospital and academic partner through innovative fundraising programs. They are seeking a Prospect Research Manager, and Prospectus is leading the search. Position Details Type: Permanent Location: Hybrid Salary: £52,219 – £60,922 Role Overview The Prospect Research Manager will develop and implement the prospect research strategy, managing a team comprising two part-time prospect research officers and one part-time prospect research assistant. The role involves building a prospect pipeline to support the charity’s strategic income growth, collaborating with the wider team to ensure due diligence, and overseeing fundraising systems to ensure compliance with data regulations. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing a prospect research function within the voluntary sector, with excellent research skills in major gifts fundraising. Demonstrable experience in identifying prospects at six and seven-figure levels, interpreting financial data, and translating insights into actionable strategies are essential.
