Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a leading social mobility charity in the UK to recruit for a Project Manager (AI and Automation) for a period of 9-12 months. This is a hybrid role to be based out of their London office and remotely and is available on a full time or part time basis (minimum 3 days per week).

The charity have developed an AI policy and have a clear ambition to use AI and automation thoughtfully and effectively across the organisation. They are now recruiting for the right person to make that happen. This is a newly created and exciting opportunity for a pragmatic, delivery-focused individual to build something from the ground up. This includes establishing their AI working group, embedding good practice, and driving the rollout of new tools in a way that genuinely makes colleagues' working lives easier. You can expect varied, hands-on work with a high degree of autonomy in a small, supportive team.

The successful candidate will bring significant project or programme management experience, having led or supported the implementation of new tools, systems or ways of working previously. You will bring experience of working with AI or automation tools in a professional capacity having also engaged internal working groups and stakeholders successfully. In addition, you will have experience of creating business cases and documentation with the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical audiences.
