Responsibilities
- Manage a busy inbox, filtering emails and acting as a first point of contact where appropriate.
- Coordinate diary commitments, schedule meetings, book appointments, and resolve calendar conflicts.
- Arrange one-off and recurring meetings, liaising confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft correspondence and prepare meeting briefs and supporting documentation.
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure information is organised and easily accessible.
- Support expense tracking and undertake basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
- Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working.
Requirements
- Recent, relevant experience in a similar support role in a not-for-profit organisation
- Strong capability with digital tools, particularly Microsoft Products and AI
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships
- Collaborative and proactive approach
