Prospectus is thrilled to be working with our client to help them recruit for a Mid-Value Relationship Manager to join their team. The charity provides life‑saving emergency relief and longer‑term medical care to some of the most vulnerable and excluded communities around the world. As an independent medical humanitarian organisation, they deliver care based only on need, regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion or political affiliation.
Compensation & Location
This role is offered on a permanent, full‑time basis with a salary of £52,866.48 per annum and the postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in London.
Responsibilities
- Help develop the charity's Mid Value strategy to increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) of this very important group of UK supporters by enhancing their knowledge and understanding of humanitarian action and their awareness of the importance of their own support to the charity.
- Develop and deliver the strategy for this set of donors, overseeing all communications, both cold and warm, focusing on building relationships with individual supporters to increase their financial contribution and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable expertise in Supporter Stewardship, with a focus on or demonstrable success in increasing lifetime value.
- Proven experience building and managing impactful relationships with individual supporters, including high‑quality one‑to‑one communications.
