Our client is a small, community-focused organisation based in North London, delivering a range of impactful services to the local community. They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing and Events Assistant to join their small, tight-knit team on a permanent, part-time basis (24 hours per week / 3 days). The role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Support with marketing and events administration, including assisting with the management of the internal communications calendar and ensuring all in-house communications are up to date.
  • Assist the Events Coordinator with designing marketing and communication materials (including content creation) to promote events, and support the planning and delivery of those events.
  • Help keep the organisation’s website updated and aligned with campaigns.
  • Respond to emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Organised, proactive individual with experience providing administrative support within an events or social media team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and Canva.
  • Enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative and supportive team.

Additional Information

  • Part-time role: 3 days per week (24 hours).
  • Some evening and weekend work may be required to support events.
