Location: Central London, hybrid (2 days per week in office, including Tuesday)

Contract: Temporary, 2 to 3 months

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Salary: £15.98 per hour (+ holiday) (£28,750 salaried equivalent)

Prospectus is proud to be supporting our client, a well established international charity, in their search for a temporary Supporter Income Coordinator to assist with donation processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of Direct Debits, including monthly processing and data file management
  • Process donations from a variety of sources, including online platforms, credit cards, payroll giving and bank transfers
  • Manage Gift Aid processes, including creating declarations and supporting related administration
  • Reconcile income and ensure accurate financial records are maintained
  • Maintain and update supporter records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data governance requirements
  • Resolve issues with supporter records and liaise with internal teams and external agencies where needed
  • Carry out quality assurance checks and support audit processes
  • Maintain organised filing systems and documentation
  • Support testing of new systems and processes
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient supporter journey

Requirements:

  • Recent, relevant experience in a similar role in a not-for-profit organisation, with a good working knowledge of database and CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products, especially Excel
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborative and proactive approach
