As a fast-moving, award-winning charity working with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and dynamic charitable projects, they are driven by their mission to make giving easier. They are looking for a Relationship Manager to join their team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, brings energy and initiative, and is excited to take ownership of a varied and meaningful portfolio of work.

What You’ll Do:- Build good relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Oversee financial administration including reconciliations, payment processing, budgeting, and cashflow management.
- Review, assess, and summarise grant applications and project reports.
- Carry out due diligence in accordance with UK charitable law and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse complex information, spot risks, and ensure proper compliance throughout.
- Maintain detailed internal processes while adapting to a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Support external communications, produce impact materials, and represent Prism at events.
- A few years’ experience in a relationship management or client-facing role.
- Background in grant making or grant management.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and compliance.
- Ability to digest, evaluate, and summarise large amounts of information clearly.
- A proactive, can-do mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with change, pace, and evolving structures.
