We are supporting the Army's national charity, supporting soldiers, veterans and their immediate families when they’re in need to recruit a new Trusts Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in securing trust and foundation income that helps this charity provide lifelong support to those who serve and those who have served, in the British Army.

As Trusts Manager, you’ll play a central role in developing and delivering trust and foundation fundraising, managing a portfolio and progressing opportunities from research and cultivation through to compelling proposals and excellent stewardship. You will also line manage the Trusts Executive, providing leadership, support, and oversight to ensure the effective delivery of the Trusts programme. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery - building strong internal relationships, shaping high-quality applications, and ensuring funders receive thoughtful reporting and engagement.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience of trust and foundation fundraising (or closely related bid/proposal writing), with a proven ability to develop persuasive cases for support, manage multiple deadlines, and build productive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. You’ll be highly organised, collaborative, and confident working across a busy income pipeline.
