Prospectus are thrilled to be working with an ambitious organisation transforming the landscape of modern philanthropy, in their search for an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This fast-moving, award-winning charity is striving to make giving simpler, and the Assistant Relationship Manager will play a key supporting role in building relationships with their partners and facilitating donations and grants.
This role would suit someone at an early stage of their career—perhaps a recent graduate or someone with around a year of relevant experience gained through internships, placements, or an entry-level role. An interest in philanthropy, charities, and financial administration would be advantageous. Strong communication skills and an interest in developing relationship-building skills are important.
- Assist with financial administration, including reconciliations, payment processing, and budgeting support
- Help review and summarise grant applications and project reports with accuracy
- Support due diligence processes in line with UK charitable law and regulatory requirements
- Work with complex information, helping to identify key points and flag risks where appropriate
- Support external communications, help develop impact materials, and assist at events
