Interim Director of Strategy & Performance to lead a critical programme of organisational performance management improvement, digital transformation, strategic planning and change delivery.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can quickly assess, align and execute across strategy, performance, digital, data and transformation.
Key Deliverables
- Lead the development and execution of organisational strategy and business planning.
- Lead the organisation-wide performance management process, including monthly performance meetings.
- Accelerate digital transformation and delivery of a major change programme.
- Develop and implement a clear Digital, Data and AI roadmap.
- Establish effective PMO governance, controls and reporting.
- Improve organisational effectiveness through automation, process improvement and data-driven decision making.
We're looking for
- Proven Director-level leadership across
Strategy, Performance, Transformation and Digital .
- Track record of delivering measurable organisational change in complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, PMOs and performance functions.
