Our client champions young women aged 18 to 30 on low or no pay. They are here to create a more equal world of work and raise young women's incomes. They offer young women free coaching, feedback on job applications and information to help them get where they want to be. They bring together a network of thousands of young women to support each other, build their self-belief, and have their voices heard. They work with young women to campaign for equality in the workplace, and their research provides insight into what young women's lives are really like, fuelling their campaigns for change.
This is a critical executive role, providing strategic financial and operational leadership as part of the Senior Leadership Team while they recruit for the permanent position. During this interim period, the postholder will bring stability and expertise to the Finance and Operations function, effectively manage the team, ensure robust financial leadership and systems.
