Our client provides tailored end-of-life care both in the community and at the Hospice, supporting patients living with a terminal illness and their loved ones. Their vision is for all dying people and those close to them to have access to the care and support they need—delivered through high-quality, specialist end-of-life care and bereavement support, whenever and wherever it is needed.
Leading a team, the Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for expanding the charity’s Individual Giving income streams, which currently generate approximately £800,000 annually. Key responsibilities include overseeing Regular Giving, In Memory Giving, Lottery, Raffles, and Appeals. The role also involves managing donor stewardship, acquisition and retention strategies, budgeting, and data management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing income through delivering individual giving programmes within a charity setting. Excellent stewardship and donor journey development will be at the heart of your work, alongside experience in strategic planning and delivery. Experience in managing a team is advantageous, and a passion for the cause is essential.
