Prospectus are delighted to be working with an international charity and supporting with the recruitment of a HR Director role.

Contract and Salary

This is role is available on a contract (18 months FTC) and full-time basis. The salary banding for this role is between £80,000-£90,000 per annum.

Location and Travel

This role is available on a hybrid basis, with the organisation’s office based in London. There will be occasional UK and international travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Within this role, you will lead the People & Culture department and play a key role driving strategic organisational development, workforce planning, and developing a HR function.
  • You will provide expert leadership across employee relations, trade union engagement, safeguarding, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, governance, compliance and organisational culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • To be successful within this role, you will be Chartered MCIPD/FCIPD qualified, with relevant degree-level education or equivalent experience.
  • You will have extensive experience operating at Senior Leadership Team level.
  • You will have experience leading HR functions through organisational and culture development and workforce planning.
  • You will have experience in managing employee relations matters and trade union negotiations.
  • You will have strong expertise across HR, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Safeguarding.
  • You will also have knowledge/experience using HR systems.
