Overview
Prospectus is partnering with AAM to recruit a Head of Development. AAM is a world‑renowned orchestra specializing in baroque and classical music, founded in 1973 by Christopher Hogwood. This is a permanent, full‑time role based in Cambridge with a hybrid working model. Salary is circa £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Part‑time hours will be considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Chief Executive to develop AAM’s fundraising strategy.
- Lead and manage fundraising campaigns.
- Develop and oversee the charity’s membership schemes, including stewardship of existing supporters.
- Research and write trust and foundation applications for a range of projects.
