Our client is a much-loved local charity providing compassionate care and support to people living with life-limiting illnesses, helping them and their families achieve the best possible quality of life. As a charity, the hospice relies heavily on the generosity of its community to continue delivering its vital services, making fundraising a crucial part of its future sustainability.
The Individual Giving Manager will play a key role in delivering and developing the hospice's individual giving strategy, with responsibility for a range of fundraising products including cash appeals, regular giving, supporter communications, gifts in celebration and the flagship Light up a Life appeal. Working across the organisation, you will develop engaging fundraising campaigns, strengthen supporter relationships and help grow income and engagement.
The successful candidate will bring experience in individual giving, direct marketing or supporter fundraising, either within the charity sector or a comparable commercial environment. You will have a strong understanding of campaign planning and delivery across a range of channels, including direct mail, email and digital platforms, alongside experience of using data and audience insight to inform activity.
Salary: £30,057 to £38,988 per annum
