About the role
Prospectus is delighted to be supporting an emergency services charity in the search for a new Head of Individual Giving to join their growing Income Generation team. This Air Ambulance organisation, unlike NHS emergency services, is a charity and is a free life‑saving service that is provided 24/7 by helicopters and by rapid response vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the individual giving fundraising strategy and delivery.
- Work across a multi‑channel Individual Giving programme to drive the retention and acquisition of donors and grow income generation.
- Oversee regular giving, lotteries, and cash giving programmes.
- Introduce a robust and proactive approach to individual giving, leading fundraising campaigns, innovations, and stewardship programmes.
- Serve as a senior member of the Fundraising team.
