Based Rugby; hybrid working – 2 days office, 3 days home

Our client is an occupational charity that champions wellbeing for the professional community they support. By providing a range of support and advice services, they equip individuals with the practical emotional and/or financial tools to manage whatever’s in front of them, from everyday situations to exceptional life-changing circumstances.

With the current post-holder due to go on maternity leave in April, we are now looking for an experienced senior-level candidate who can lead the engagement and marketing functions for the organisation. In this role, you will be accountable for the profile and positioning of support services, ensuring beneficiaries know what services are available and supporting their engagement with the organisation.

You will be part of a leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will be committed to creating an engaging, relevant, and supportive organisation, a good place to work, and one that is effective and impactful in the work it does.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates ideally with experience in the charity sector, who bring a good understanding of contemporary marketing and engagement frameworks, including experience in health/mental health or charitable environments. You will need broad multi-channel experience, have worked across a range of age groups and subject areas, and be able to oversee the full cycle a customer would experience – from generating enquiries, interpreting and analysing user data and information to create customer journeys and maximise user experiences to ensure the best value and impact for users.
