Location: Remote
Contract: Temporary, up to 3 months (with the opportunity to become permanent)
Hours: 35 hours per week, flexible working by agreement with line manager
Salary: £16.81 per hour, plus holiday

About the role: Working closely with the Senior Communications Manager, you will oversee creative production and coordinate delivery in response to creative briefs. You will be the primary point of contact for all creative production needs across the organisation, overseeing production workflow and the delivery of effective and engaging content – print, digital, video, audio, and animation.
You will:
- Oversee the creative workflow and briefing process
- Develop content and production plans
- Coordinate our team to maximise efficiency of outputs
About you: We’re seeking an organised person with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedule and resource our work to deliver highly effective brand content.
The key skills and competencies:
- Great marketing communications knowledge with experience of leading the facilitation of creative workflow
- Creative production skills with good knowledge of the development process across print and digital
- Comfortable working across a range of creative production media, print, digital, video, audio, and animation
- Able to communicate clearly with good consultancy skills. You are adept at facilitating discussions and gaining strategic clarity
It would also be an advantage if you have any of the following:
- Experience in cost and resource management and financial administration and dealing with suppliers and freelancers
- Previous campaign or project management experience in a marketing, communications or creative setting
