Prospectus is pleased to be supporting our client in their search for a Supporter Development Manager. The organisation was founded to help people facing the devastating effects of homelessness and now tackles the causes and consequences of poverty and inequality. It works with around 6,000 individuals and families every year, helping them reach their full potential by breaking down barriers to housing, mental and physical health, work, education, financial independence and daily living skills.

The Supporter Development Manager will shape and lead the organisation's individual giving and legacy programmes at a pivotal moment for the charity. The role requires growing the value and longevity of support from new and existing donors by providing excellent donor care and stewardship. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering on multi‑channel campaigns to grow donor bases and managing the individual giving budget to maximise revenue.
