Service Advisor - No Weekends!
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Basic + £7,800 Bonus
OTE: Up to £39,800
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm
NO SATURDAYS!

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a well-established and reputable main dealership in Weybridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor looking for a better work-life balance, or someone with a strong customer service background who wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

Our client is happy to train the right person from scratch, so if you're confident, personable and enjoy working with customers, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and managing vehicle service bookings.
- Keeping customers updated throughout the servicing and repair process.
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Advising customers on vehicle maintenance and recommended repairs.
- Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Helping the service department achieve its targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Service Advisor experience would be great, but isn't essential.
- A strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Someone who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
What's On Offer?
- £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
- Up to £7,800 annual bonus.
- OTE up to £39,800.
- Monday to Friday only - absolutely NO Saturdays!
- Full training provided for candidates new to the motor trade.
