Our client is a fast-growing UK automotive dealer group representing a range of established and emerging global vehicle manufacturers. They currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join their Watford dealership and become part of a skilled and dynamic aftersales team.
What you’ll do
- As a Vehicle Technician, you will undertake maintenance, servicing, diagnostics and reporting activities for service customers.
- You will work in line with manufacturer and regulatory requirements, ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed turnaround and delivery times.
- You will take pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship and providing an excellent experience for customers while developing your knowledge of the vehicles and technologies you work with.
Who you are
- You will be a self-motivated, organised and results-focused Technician with a strong eye for detail.
- You will be comfortable managing varying workloads and priorities while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- You will also be able to build strong working relationships with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider dealership team.
Your experience
- To be successful in this role, you will hold a recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant automotive discipline.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Be able to interpret and communicate technical information effectively.
- Take a proactive and innovative approach to achieving individual and team goals.
- Have strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ideally hold an EV/hybrid vehicle qualification, although this is not essential.
