Prospectus is proud to be supporting the Anne Frank Trust in the search for a new Finance Manager. Learning from Anne Frank and the Holocaust, the Anne Frank Trust empowers young people aged 9 to 15 to challenge all forms of prejudice. Through engaging programmes, young people gain the knowledge, motivation and skills to make a real difference.

Responsibilities

  • The Finance Manager reports into the Chief Executive and is a key role in ensuring organisational resilience, and supporting strong governance and data driven decisions for this impactful organisation.
  • You will manage day to day financial management operations and year end.
  • You will be a supportive and consultative manager to the Finance Assistant reporting into this role.
  • You will work closely with the Fundraising team and with the Education Programmes teams.
  • You will present to non-finance related stakeholders such as the Executive team and Board of Trustees.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
  • Substantial experience as a senior financial lead within a small organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work and travel on occasional evenings.
  • An alignment with the mission of the organisation.

Working Hours and Location

  • This position is a part time role, working 4 days per week and is based in the London office for 2 days per week.
