The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing
- Own mechanical design of key subsystems
- Take products from concept to design to manufacturing
- Produce 3D CAD models, drawings & calculations
- Improve manufacturability, cost, and performance
- Work closely with international suppliers (including China)
- Solve real-world engineering problems on hardware
- Support and mentor junior engineers
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical / Structural / Marine Engineering
- 5-10 years experience in mechanical design
- Strong 3D CAD skills (NX, Inventor or similar)
- Experience with fabrication / welding / large structures
- Strong understanding of DFMA (Design for Manufacture & Assembly)
- Proven track record delivering designs into production
Bonus Points
- Marine / offshore / wind industry experience
- Knowledge of DNV / LR certification
- Experience with structural testing
- Mandarin language skills
