Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the IT roadmap, balancing cloud and on-premise infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
- Cloud Migration: Lead large-scale, low-risk transitions to cloud infrastructure across a complex systems landscape.
- Infrastructure Oversight: Manage high-availability, low-latency infrastructure, supporting hundreds of databases and mission-critical applications.
- Security & Compliance: Drive cybersecurity strategy, patch management, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing IT team covering engineering, operations, and project delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Data Science teams to align IT with wider business goals.
- Vendor Management: Oversee third-party technology partners, contracts, and performance.
- Budget & Ops Management: Own IT budgets, streamline BAU operations, and drive innovation in service delivery.
- 7-10+ years in senior IT leadership roles, ideally within a SaaS, FinTech, or data-rich technology environment.
- Strong background in cloud computing, Windows Servers, Linux, Docker, and ElasticSearch.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure and leading cloud migration initiatives.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols, enterprise risk, and data compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
