Prospectus is proud to be supporting our client, a well established international charity, in their search for a temporary Supporter Income Coordinator to assist with donation processing.
Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of Direct Debits, including monthly processing and data file management
- Process donations from a variety of sources, including online platforms, credit cards, payroll giving and bank transfers
- Manage Gift Aid processes, including creating declarations and supporting related administration
- Reconcile income and ensure accurate financial records are maintained
- Maintain and update supporter records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data governance requirements
- Resolve issues with supporter records and liaise with internal teams and external agencies where needed
- Carry out quality assurance checks and support audit processes
- Maintain organised filing systems and documentation
- Support testing of new systems and processes
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient supporter journey
Requirements:
- Recent, relevant experience in a similar role in a not-for-profit organisation, with a good working knowledge of database and CRM systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, especially Excel
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Collaborative and proactive approach
