Prospectus is supporting a social welfare charity in recruiting two Supporter Acquisition Managers. These roles involve project managing supporter acquisition appeals and leading the planning and delivery of the Christmas Campaign.

The charity is one of the largest providers of social and community services in the UK, with over 600 local centres and nearly 100 residential centres, making a significant impact on excluded communities.

The Supporter Acquisition Managers, along with the Assistant Head of Individual Giving, will focus on growing the supporter base and achieving an annual fundraising target of GBP50 million in unrestricted income. They will lead on direct marketing campaigns, support new product development, and oversee planning across various media channels, both online and offline. Responsibilities include managing a seven-figure budget and line managing a Supporter Acquisition Officer or Executive.

Given that planning for the Christmas Campaign is already underway, the charity welcomes applications from temporary, interim, or permanent candidates.

Candidates should have substantial direct marketing experience, with a proven track record in managing multiple campaigns and recruiting new donors. Experience with data-driven targeting and segmentation is essential. The role offers strategic responsibilities, particularly relating to the Christmas Campaign or ongoing acquisition innovation.
