This is an exciting opportunity to join the Board of Trustees of an independent charitable organisation that supports and strengthens its profession to improve outcomes across the UK. The organisation provides funding for health, nursing, hardship, education, research and innovation, supporting thousands of professionals and the wider workforce each year. As it continues to deliver its ambitious strategy, it is seeking to appoint two Trustees with senior-level expertise in finance, accounting and/or investment governance. One of the successful candidates will also serve as Chair of the Income Generation and Investment Committee.

You will join a committed Board, helping to shape the organisation's strategic direction and ensuring it continues to deliver meaningful impact.

Trustee and Chair – Income Generation and Investment Committee

You will bring significant experience in finance, accounting, investment management or strategic financial oversight, alongside experience of chairing boards, committees or similar governance groups. As Chair of the Income Generation and Investment Committee, you will provide leadership and oversight across the organisation's investment portfolio, fundraising activity and wider income generation strategy. You will support the Board in ensuring the organisation's long-term financial sustainability.
